Leah is an experienced professional with a track record of success in property management spanning over 30 years. Her expertise covers various industry aspects, including private ownership and third-party management. Her experience extends across different property types, including retail spaces, mid-rise buildings, single-family homes, mixed-use developments. Additionally, Leah has significant experience in due diligence, property acquisitions, and dispositions and is well-versed in the entire real estate investment cycle.

Chris has worked in the Property Management field for over 21 years. Prior to joining Leemyrs, Chris worked with The Life Properties & The NRP Group as a Regional Property Manager, where he focused on the overall performance of the communities, Revenue Management and Compliance within the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Chris has held several key positions within the Affordable Housing Industry. During his career, he also served as Director of Compliance, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, District Manager, Floating Community Manager. His experiences include retail, mid-rise, single-family homes, multifamily, major capital, and value add-on projects.

Kim Rhodes is a seasoned Property Accountant with over 15 years of experience in the accounting and financial management industry. Specializing in property management accounting, Kim has developed a strong track record in managing the full accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Kim's expertise lies in delivering accurate financial results, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Having worked in various property management companies, Kim has played a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing utility billings, and supporting the financial reporting needs of multiple entities.

Kimi is a seasoned Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience in multi-family property management. She has experience in helping communities achieve their leasing and retention goals, manage budgets, and optimize vendor set-up. She has proven results in leasing up a community, performing resident retention, managing cost reduction projects and enhancing property value.
